The Potlatch Hill tower was approved 2-1 by Kootenai County Commissioners with NO conditions.
The Reconsideration Hearing of CUP22-0004 will be held on the evening of Thursday, January 12, 2023 at the Kootenai County Courthouse, located at the corner of Government Way and Garden Avenue in Coeur d’Alene.
The “Potlatch Hill Neighborhood Group” is being represented by Norman M. Semanko of “Parsons Behle & Latimer” office.
